Flora Bai is an NYC-based illustrator, known for her delicate color sensibilities and refined line work, inspired by traditional Chinese Line Drawing and ligne claire. Her work explores the relationships between nature and the artificial, weaving a visual world with multiple narrative threads. Flora has participated in multiple exhibitions and art projects, including public projects for cultural communities and illustration series created for various brands across different fields. Her work extends beyond static images into the realms of stop-motion animations and installations. She works mostly from her home studio with a Yorkie named Zima.
